江蘇省泰興虹橋工業(yè)園區(qū)，始建于2001年9月，2005年被正式批準(zhǔn)為省級(jí)工業(yè)園區(qū)。區(qū)內(nèi)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)為船舶制造、生物醫(yī)藥、機(jī)械鑄造、輕工電子等。園區(qū)近海瀕江，水陸交通便捷，地理位置優(yōu)越，經(jīng)過多年建設(shè)，園區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套齊全，項(xiàng)目投資服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)高效。

市場分析：

為更好地利用長江岸線，實(shí)施“以港興區(qū)”戰(zhàn)略，園區(qū)決定在六圩港和三橋港兩個(gè)位置建設(shè)內(nèi)港池，以此拉動(dòng)機(jī)械船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)片區(qū)和物流區(qū)的發(fā)展。目前，六圩港內(nèi)港池已由區(qū)內(nèi)一家骨干企業(yè)實(shí)施，三橋港內(nèi)港池也已與上海一家公司簽約。圍繞這兩個(gè)內(nèi)港池的建設(shè)，尚有碼頭、道路等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施需要投資。歡迎其他客商參與這兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)。

Project undertaker profile: Taixing Hongqiao Industrial Zone was founded in Sep., 2001. It was named as the provincial zone in 2005. The leading industries are shipbuilding, bio-medicine, machinery casting, light industry and electronics etc. After years of construction, the infrastructures of the zone are complete and the services of the project investment are high-quality and efficient.

Market Analysis: To good use of the Yangtze River bankline, the zone decided to construct two internal port pools in Liuwei port and Sanqiao port, and thereby to promote the development of mechanical ship industry and logistics. At present, a key enterprise has already implemented Liuwei port; Sanqiao port has also signed with a company in Shanghai. Around these two inner ports, docks, roads and other infrastructure need investment. Welcome other merchant’s participation in these two projects construction.
